The breakfast service met expectations with good food.
The shower was cold, and there was no toilet paper. These aren't things I expect at this kind of place. The reception staff seemed rather unfriendly too.

The staff showed politeness at my late arrival of 11:30pm. A young receptionist demonstrated helpfulness because car parks were full.
I found issue with the prices. A rib eye steak cost £28.95. Scallops with chorizo and black pudding were priced at £16.95. The scallops were overcooked. A 10% service charge was automatically added to the bill.

The location is great for exploring. Staff members were attentive. The room was spacious. Breakfast offered many choices. I particularly enjoyed the freshly baked pastries. I also appreciated the availability of parking on site. The hotel interior features nice decor.
The Wi-Fi signal was occasionally weak in my room.

Fantastic Highland Stay!

I really enjoyed my time here. My room, a Classic Double Room, was clean and well-kept. Breakfast was good with a wide array of choices and high-quality ingredients. The staff was friendly and always ready to help, they ensured a smooth and great experience.
I did find that the Wi-Fi signal was quite weak in my room. It made it difficult to stream videos. I hope they will improve the signal soon.

The room had a good size. The ensuite bathroom was also good. The bed was very comfortable..
The menu prices seemed unreasonable. I noticed a prawn cocktail starter priced at £14. A Cullen Skink starter was £13.
